By booking a charter with Crack of Dawn Charters, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking and Payment:
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due before the charter date.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card and cash.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the charter date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the charter date are subject to a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter date are non-refundable.
- In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the captain may cancel or reschedule the charter for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Conduct:
- All passengers are expected to follow the captain’s instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in the immediate termination of the charter without refund.
- Liability:
- Crack of Dawn Charters and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the charter.
- Passengers participate in charters at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
- Privacy Policy:
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Crack of Dawn Charters regarding your booking and other relevant information.
- Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
