By booking a charter with Crack of Dawn Charters, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking and Payment:
  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment is due before the charter date.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card and cash.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the charter date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the charter date are subject to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter date are non-refundable.
  • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the captain may cancel or reschedule the charter for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
  1. Conduct:
  • All passengers are expected to follow the captain’s instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in the immediate termination of the charter without refund.
  1. Liability:
  • Crack of Dawn Charters and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the charter.
  • Passengers participate in charters at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
  1. Privacy Policy:
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Crack of Dawn Charters regarding your booking and other relevant information.
  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies outlined above.
